 | Outreach Services provide an array of avenues to educate and assist adults 50 years and better in accessing needed programs in the community. The goal of Outreach is to maintain or increase their quality of life and ability to live safely, comfortably and independently. |
 | Assists the homebound and disabled adults that are unable to shop, prepare meals by delivering a hot and nutritious meal Monday-Friday. A variety of types of meals are available which include private pay and subsidized. The Home Delivered Meal Program consists of 26 Meal Delivery Routes. The meals are prepared at both the Mesa Senior Center and the Red Mountain Senior Center. The meals are delivered between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. For more information please fill out a Request for Information Form. |
 | East Valley Ride Choice provides alternative transportation services in mesa, Apache Junction, Chandler and Gilbert. These Alternatives are available to qualified passengers for non-emergency travel. Mileage reimbursement is available in Mesa and Apache Junction and Coupons for Cabs is available in all eligible communities.

 | Caring Corps is a volunteer-based program that works to help support the frail and homebound elderly remain independent in their homes. Service are provided through transportation assistance for medical appointments and grocery shopping, caring calls, friendly visits and visual assistance, to those seniors living in the Mesa, Gilbert and Chandler communities.

 | A wide range of services are provided on a group and individual basis assisting with fraud prevention, benefits, legal issues, life adjustment, etc. |
 | Caregiver Forums and “Powerful Tools for Caregivers” Lessons educate caregivers about community services, caregiving skills, and dealing with depression and stress. Topics include: dementia, financial planning, legal issues, home adaptation, and placement options. |
